كِتَابُ الصِّيَامِ What they said about a man who starts fasting Ramadan then travels
مَا قَالُوا: فِي الرَّجُلِ يُدْرِكُهُ رَمَضَانُ فَيَصُومُ ثُمَّ يُسَافِرُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 9000
Hazrat Abu Mijlaz said: When the month of Ramadan begins, one should not go on a journey. If it is essential to travel, then one should keep all the fasts.
حضرت ابو مجلز فرماتے ہیں کہ جب رمضان کا مہینہ داخل ہوجائے تو آدمی سفر پر نہ نکلے، اگر نکلنا ضروری ہی ہو تو روزے پورے رکھے۔
Hazrat Abu Mujlaz farmate hain ke jab Ramazan ka mahina dakhil hojae to aadmi safar par na nikle, agar nikalna zaroori hi ho to roze pure rakhe.
حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا دَخَلَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ فَلَا يَخْرُجُ ، فَإِنْ أَبَى إِلَّا أَنْ يَخْرُجَ فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ »
