كِتَابُ الصِّيَامِ
What they said about a man who thinks the sun has set
مَا قَالُوا فِي الرَّجُلِ يَرَى أَنَّ الشَّمْسَ قَدْ غَرَبَتْ

ایک اور سند سے یہ واقعہ منقول ہے۔ البتہ اس میں یہ اضافہ ہے کہ ہم نے تمہیں نگہبان نہیں بنایا، ہم نے تمہیں دعوت دینے والا بنایا تھا۔ ہم نے کوشش کرلی تھی۔ بہرحال ایک دن کی قضاء آسان ہے۔
aik aur sand se yeh waqea manqool hai albatta is mein yeh izafa hai ke hum ne tumhen nigheban nahin banaya hum ne tumhen dawat dene wala banaya tha hum ne koshish kar li thi beherhaal aik din ki qaza asan hai
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، بِنَحْوِهِ ، إِلَّا أَنَّ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ : « إِنَّا لَمْ نَبْعَثْكُمْ رَاعِيًا ، إِنَّمَا بَعَثْنَا دَاعِيًا ، وَقَدِ اجْتَهَدْنَا وَقَضَاءُ يَوْمٍ يَسِيرٌ »
