كِتَابُ الصِّيَامِ
Regarding a man who becomes junub in the morning, takes a bath, and his fast is valid
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُصْبِحُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ يَغْتَسِلُ وَيُجْزِيهِ صَوْمُهُ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 9578
Hazrat Ibn Umar narrates that if the one who announces (the fajr prayer) calls for the morning prayer and I am busy with my wife in an intimate encounter, I will get up and complete my fast, whether it is a fast of Ramadan or any other.
حضرت ابن عمر فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی اعلان کرنے والا صبح کا اعلان کردے اور میں اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ ازدواجی ملاقات میں مشغول ہوں تو میں اٹھ جاؤں گا اور روزے کو پورا کروں گا خواہ یہ رمضان کا روزہ ہو یا کوئی دوسرا۔
Hazrat Ibn Umar farmate hain keh agar koi elaan karne wala subah ka elaan karde aur main apni biwi ke sath izdawaji mulaqat mein mashgool hon to main uth jaon ga aur rozey ko poora karun ga chahe yeh Ramzan ka roza ho ya koi doosra.
حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ الْغَازِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : « لَوْ نَادَى الْمُنَادِي وَأَنَا بَيْنَ رِجْلَيْهَا لَقُمْتُ ، فَأَتْمَمْتُ الصِّيَامَ ، صِيَامَ رَمَضَانَ كَانَ ، أَوْ غَيْرَهُ »
