Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1222
Narrated Abu Hurairah: That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The dweller of the town is not to sell for the Bedouin. [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from Talhah, Jabir, Anas, Ibn 'Abbas, Hakim bin Abi Yazid from his father, 'Amr bin 'Awf Al-Muzani the grandfather of Kathir bin 'Abdullah, and a man from the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ). Imam Tirmidhi says: In this chapter, there are also hadiths from Talha, Jabir, Anas, Ibn Abbas, Abu Yazid Katheer bin Abdullah's grandfather Amr bin Awf Muzani, and another companion, may Allah be pleased with them.

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”شہری باہر سے آنے والے دیہاتی کا مال نہ بیچے ۱؎ ( بلکہ دیہاتی کو خود بیچنے دے“ ) ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: اس باب میں طلحہ، جابر، انس، ابن عباس، ابویزید کثیر بن عبداللہ کے دادا عمرو بن عوف مزنی اور ایک اور صحابی رضی الله عنہ سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Shahri bahar se aane waale dehati ka maal nah beiche 1؎ (balke dehati ko khud bechne de) " . Imam Tirmidhi kehte hain: Is bab mein Talha, Jaber, Anas, Ibn Abbas, Abu Yazid Kasir bin Abdullah ke dada Amr bin Auf Mazni aur ek aur Sahabi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se bhi ahadith aayi hain.
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ: يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ . قَالَ: وَفِي الْبَاب، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ، وَجَابِرٍ، وَأَنَسٍ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَحَكِيمِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَعَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْمُزْنِيِّ جَدِّ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَرَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
