Jami` at-Tirmidhi 515
Husain narrated that he heard Umarah bin Rawaibah Ath-Thaqafi while Bishr bin Marwan was delivering Khutbah and raising his hands in supplication - so Umarah said : 'May Allah disgrace these two insignificant hands, I have seen the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and he would not do any more than this' and Hushaim (one of the narrators) motioned with his index finger. Imam Tirmidhi said this Hadith is Hasah Sahih.

حصین کہتے ہیں کہ بشر بن مروان خطبہ دے رہے تھے، انہوں نے دعا ۱؎ کے لیے اپنے دونوں ہاتھ اٹھائے، تو میں نے عمارہ بن رویبہ کو کہتے سنا: اللہ ان دونوں چھوٹے ہاتھوں کو غارت کرے، میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو دیکھا آپ صرف اس طرح کرتے تھے اس سے زیادہ کچھ نہیں، اور ہشیم نے اپنی انگشت شہادت سے اشارہ کیا۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے۔
Hussain kehte hain ke Bashir bin Marwan khutba de rahe the, unhon ne dua ke liye apne dono hath uthaye, to main ne Umara bin Rwaiba ko kehte suna: Allah in dono chhote hathon ko ghaarat kare, main ne Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekha aap sirf is tarah karte the is se zyada kuchh nahin, aur Hashem ne apni angisht shahadat se ishara kiya. Imam Tirmidhi kehte hain: yeh hadees hasan sahih hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُصَيْنٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَارَةَ بْنَ رُوَيْبَةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ، وَبِشْرُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ يَخْطُبُ، فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ فِي الدُّعَاءِ، فَقَالَ عُمَارَةُ: قَبَّحَ اللَّهُ هَاتَيْنِ الْيُدَيَّتَيْنِ الْقُصَيَّرَتَيْنِ، لَقَدْ رأَيتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَمَا يَزِيدُ عَلَى أَنْ يَقُولَ هَكَذَا، وَأَشَارَ هُشَيْمٌ بِالسَّبَابةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
