Sunan Abi Dawud 844
Abu Qilaba narrated that Malik bin al-Huwairith (رضئ هللا تعال ی عنہ) saw that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) would not stand at the end of the first or the third rak’a until he sat down straight.
Grade: Sahih
مالک بن حویرث رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے نبی اکرم ﷺ کو دیکھا کہ جب آپ اپنی نماز کی طاق رکعت میں ہوتے تو اس وقت تک کھڑے نہ ہوتے جب تک سیدھے بیٹھ نہ جاتے۔
Malik bin Huwairth (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke unhon ne Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekha ke jab aap apni namaz ki taq rakat mein hote to us waqt tak khare nah hote jab tak seedhe beth nah jate.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَ فِي وِتْرٍ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ لَمْ يَنْهَضْ حَتَّى يَسْتَوِيَ قَاعِدًا .
