Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11811
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade eating the meat of the sacrifice for more than three days. The people came and said, "O Messenger of Allah, but we have our wives and children too?" The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, "You can eat it, you can store it, and do so with excellence."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے تین دن سے زیادہ قربانی کا گوشت کھانے سے منع فرمایا تھا، لوگوں نے آکر عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! ہمارے بال بچے بھی تو ہیں؟ اس پر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ تم کھا بھی سکتے ہو، ذخیرہ بھی کرسکتے ہو اور عمدگی کے ساتھ کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne teen din se ziada qurbani ka gosht khane se mana farmaya tha, logon ne aakar arz kiya Ya Rasulullah SAW! humare baal bache bhi to hain? Iss par Nabi SAW ne farmaya ki tum kha bhi sakte ho, zakhira bhi kar sakte ho aur umdagi ke sath karo.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ:" نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْأَضَاحِيِّ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ"، قَالَ: فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ لَنَا عِيَالًا، قَالَ:" كُلُوا، وَادَّخِرُوا، وَأَحْسِنُوا".
