Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15108
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying that when a person enters his house and mentions the name of Allah while entering and while eating, Satan says, "There is no place for you to spend the night here, nor any food." And if he does not mention the name of Allah while entering the house, he (Satan) says, "You have found a place to spend the night." And if he does not mention the name of Allah while eating, he (Satan) says, "You have found both a place to stay and food."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے جب کوئی شخص اپنے گھر میں داخل ہوا اور داخل ہوتے وقت اور کھانا کھاتے وقت اللہ کا نام لے تو شیطان کہتا ہے کہ یہاں تمہارے رات گزارنے کی کوئی جگہ ہے اور نہ کھانا اور اگر وہ گھر میں داخل ہوتے وقت اللہ کا نام نہ لے تو وہ کہتا ہے کہ تمہیں رات گزارنے کی جگہ تو مل گئی اور اگر کھانا کھاتے وقت بھی اللہ کا نام نہ لے تو وہ کہتا ہے کہ تمہیں ٹھکانہ اور کھانا دونوں مل گئے۔
Sayyida Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate huye suna hai jab koi shakhs apne ghar mein dakhil hua aur dakhil hote waqt aur khana khate waqt Allah ka naam le to shetan kehta hai ki yahan tumhare raat guzarne ki koi jagah hai aur na khana aur agar woh ghar mein dakhil hote waqt Allah ka naam na le to woh kehta hai ki tumhein raat guzarne ki jagah to mil gayi aur agar khana khate waqt bhi Allah ka naam na le to woh kehta hai ki tumhein thikana aur khana dono mil gaye.
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ , أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , يَقُولُ إِنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ:" إِذَا دَخَلَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْتَهُ , فَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ عِنْدَ دُخُولِهِ وَعِنْدَ طَعَامِهِ , قَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ: مَا مِنْ مَبِيتٍ وَلَا عَشَاءٍ هَاهُنَا، وَإِذَا دَخَلَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ اللَّهَ عِنْدَ دُخُولِهِ , قَالَ: أَدْرَكْتُمُ الْمَبِيتَ وَالْعَشَاءَ".
