Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15109
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): that at the time of the conquest of Makkah, when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in Batha, he ordered Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) to go to the Ka'bah and erase all the pictures in it. And he (the Prophet) did not enter the Ka'bah until all the pictures in it were erased.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ فتح مکہ کے زمانے میں جب مقام بطحاء میں تھے سیدنا عمر کو حکم دیا کہ خانہ کعبہ پہنچ کر اس میں موجود تمام تصویریں مٹا ڈالیں اور اس وقت تک آپ خانہ کعبہ میں داخل نہیں ہوئے جب تک اس میں موجود تصاویر کو مٹا نہیں دیا گیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Fath Makkah ke zamane mein jab maqam Batha mein the Sayyidna Umar ko hukm diya ki Khana Kaba pahunch kar is mein mojood tamam tasveerein mita daalein aur us waqt tak aap Khana Kaba mein dakhil nahin huye jab tak is mein mojood tasveeron ko mita nahin diya gaya.
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ , أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , يَقُولُ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَمَرَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ , وَهُوَ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْكَعْبَةَ فَيَمْحُوَ كُلَّ صُورَةٍ فِيهَا , وَلَمْ يَدْخُلِ الْبَيْتَ حَتَّى مُحِيَتْ كُلُّ صُورَةٍ فِيهِ".
