Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 1519
It was narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Fighting with a Muslim is disbelief, and insulting him is wickedness, and it is not permissible for a Muslim to forsake his brother for more than three days."

سیدنا سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”مسلمان سے قتال کرنا کفر ہے، اور اسے گالی دینا فسق ہے، اور کسی مسلمان کے لئے حلال نہیں ہے کہ وہ تین دن سے زیادہ اپنے بھائی سے قطع کلامی کرے۔“
Sayyidna Saad (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Musalman se qatal karna kufr hai, aur usay gali dena fisq hai, aur kisi Musalman ke liye halal nahi hai ki woh teen din se ziada apne bhai se qata kalami kare.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ , حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" قِتَالُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كُفْرٌ، وَسِبَابُهُ فُسُوقٌ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَهْجُرَ أَخَاهُ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ".
