حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ الحجاج بن أرطاة النخعي صدوق كثير الخطأ والتدليس
يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ يزيد بن هارون الواسطي ثقة متقن

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 16418

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Saeed ibn Musayyib that we have memorized this hadith from thirty Companions that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever sets free his share of a slave, he becomes the guarantor of the remaining share.


Grade: Da'if

سیدنا سعید بن مسیب سے مروی ہے کہ ہم نے تیس صحابہ کرام سے یہ حدیث یاد کی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص کسی غلام میں اپنی ملکیت کا حصہ آزاد کر دیتا ہے وہ بقیہ کا ضامن ہو جاتا ہے۔

Sayyidna Saeed bin Musayyib se marvi hai ki hum ne tees sahaba kiram se yeh hadees yaad ki hai ki Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs kisi ghulam mein apni milkiyat ka hissa azad kar deta hai woh baqiya ka zaamin ho jata hai.

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، قَالَ: حَفِظْنَا، عَنْ ثَلَاثِينَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ" مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ ضَمِنَ بَقِيَّتَهُ".
