Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18557
It is narrated on the authority of Barra (may Allah be pleased with him) that one day I met my uncle. He had a flag with him. I asked him, "Where are you going?" He said, "The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has sent me to a man who married his stepmother (after his father's death) and has ordered me to behead him and seize his wealth."

حضرت براء رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک دن اپنے ماموں سے میری ملاقات ہوئی ان کے پاس ایک جھنڈا تھا میں نے ان سے پوچھا کہاں کا ارادہ ہے؟ انہوں نے بتایا کہ مجھے نبی کریم ﷺ نے ایک آدمی کی طرف بھیجا ہے جس نے اپنے باپ کے مرنے کے بعد اپنے باپ کی بیوی (سوتیلی ماں) سے شادی کرلی ہے اور مجھے حکم دیا ہے کہ اس کی گردن اڑادوں اور اس کا مال چھین لوں۔
Hazrat Bara RA se marvi hai ke ek din apne mamun se meri mulaqat hui un ke pass ek jhanda tha maine un se pucha kahan ka irada hai? Unhon ne bataya ke mujhe Nabi Kareem SAW ne ek aadmi ki taraf bheja hai jis ne apne baap ke marne ke baad apne baap ki biwi (sauteli maan) se shadi karli hai aur mujhe hukum diya hai ke uski gardan urao aur uska maal chheen lon.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ، قَالَ: لَقِيتُ خَالِي وَمَعَهُ الرَّايَةُ، فقلت: أين تريد؟ قَالَ: بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ أَنْ" أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ، أَوْ أَقْتُلَهُ وَآخُذَ مَالَهُ" .
