The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 1942
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was shrouded in three pieces of cloth: the shirt in which he, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, passed away, and a Najrani Hullah, and a Hullah consists of two pieces of cloth.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کو تین کپڑوں میں کفن دیا گیا تھا، ایک اس قمیص میں جس میں آپ ﷺ کا وصال ہوا تھا، اور ایک نجرانی حلے میں، اور حلے میں دو کپڑے ہوتے ہیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko teen kapdon mein kafan diya gaya tha, ek us qamees mein jis mein Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka wisal hua tha, aur ek Najrani hale mein, aur hale mein do kapde hote hain.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ ، عَنِ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،" كُفِّنَ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ، فِي قَمِيصِهِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ، وَحُلَّةٍ نَجْرَانِيَّةٍ، الْحُلَّةُ ثَوْبَانِ".
