Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19927
It was narrated from Imran bin Husain that he went to his wife from the Prophet, and she said: 'Tell me what you heard from the Prophet.' He said: 'It is not good for you.' She got angry. He said: 'I heard the Prophet saying: 'I looked into Hell and I saw that the majority of its people were women, and I looked into Paradise and saw that the majority of its people were the poor.''

حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ وہ نبی ﷺ کے یہاں سے اپنی بیوی کے پاس گئے، اس نے کہا کہ آپ نے نبی ﷺ سے جو حدیث سنی ہے وہ ہمیں بھی سنائیے؟ انہوں نے کہا وہ تمہارے حق میں اچھی نہیں ہے اس پر وہ ناراض ہوگئی، انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ میں نے جہنم میں جھانک کر دیکھا تو وہاں اکثریت خواتین کی نظر آئی اور جنت میں جھانک کر دیکھا تو اکثریت فقراء کی نظر آئی۔
Hazrat Imran bin Husain razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba wo Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke yahan se apni biwi ke paas gaye, usne kaha ki aap ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se jo hadees suni hai wo hamen bhi sunaie? Unhon ne kaha wo tumhare haq mein achhi nahin hai is par wo naraz hogayi, unhon ne farmaya ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate hue suna hai ki maine jahannam mein jhank kar dekha to wahan aksariyat khawateen ki nazar aai aur jannat mein jhank kar dekha to aksariyat fuqara ki nazar aai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيِّ ، قَالَ: جَاءَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ إِلَى امْرَأَتِهِ مِنْ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: حَدِّثْنَا مَا سَمِعْتَ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ: إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ حينَ حَدِيثٍ , فَأَغْضَبَتْهُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " نَظَرْتُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا الْفُقَرَاءَ، وَنَظَرْتُ فِي النَّارِ فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا النِّسَاءَ" .
