ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2110
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was sent as a Prophet and the revelation began, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was 40 years old. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then stayed in Makkah al-Mukarramah for 13 years and in Madinah al-Munawwarah for 10 years. And he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed away at the age of 63.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کو مبعوث بنا کر جب نزول وحی کا سلسلہ شروع کیا گیا تو اس وقت آپ ﷺ کی عمر 40 برس تھی، آپ ﷺ اس کے بعد 13 برس مکہ مکرمہ میں رہے، دس سال مدینہ منورہ میں اور 63 برس کی عمر میں آپ ﷺ کا وصال ہو گیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko mabus banakar jab nuzool wahi ka silsila shuru kiya gaya to us waqt Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki umar 40 baras thi, Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) iske baad 13 baras Makkah Mukarramah mein rahe, das saal Madina Munawwarah mein aur 63 baras ki umar mein Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka wisal ho gaya.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ، وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: ثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: بُعِثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ الْقُرْآنُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً، فَمَكَثَ بِمَكَّةَ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً، وَبِالْمَدِينَةِ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ، قَالَ: فَمَاتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ".
