Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 22122
It is narrated on the authority of Muadh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) set out with the people for the Battle of Tabuk. When morning came, he led the people in Fajr prayer, and they began to mount their rides. When the sun rose, the people began to doze off because they had been traveling all night. Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him) was riding behind the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and stayed close to him, while the people had left their mounts behind, causing them to scatter on the paths and graze here and there. Suddenly, his camel bolted. Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him) tried to pull it back by the reins, but it ran even faster, which caused the Holy Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) she-camel to bolt as well. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) removed his shawl and looked back. No one in the army was closer to him than Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him). So, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called out to him, "O Muadh!" He replied, "Labbaik Ya Rasulullah!" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Come closer." So, he moved closer until their rides were side by side. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I had no idea the people were so far behind us." Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him) replied, "O Prophet of Allah! The people are dozing, which is why their mounts have scattered and are grazing as they move along." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Sleep overcame me as well." When Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him) saw the cheerfulness on the Holy Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) blessed face and the opportunity for seclusion, he said, "O Messenger of Allah! If I may, I would like to ask a question that has made me ill and distressed." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Ask whatever you wish." He said, "O Prophet of Allah! Tell me of such an act that will admit me to Paradise. Besides this, I will ask you nothing." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Excellent (three times). You have asked about a great matter (three times). However, it is very easy for the one whom Allah intends good for." Then, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) repeated everything he said three times, due to his eagerness and so that it would be firmly ingrained in him. Then, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Believe in Allah, believe in the Day of Judgment, establish prayer, worship only Allah, do not associate partners with Him, and remain in this state until you depart from this world." Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Prophet of Allah! Repeat that." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) repeated it three times. Then, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "O Muadh! If you wish, I can tell you about the foundation of this religion, what upholds it, and the pinnacle of its excellence." Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Prophet of Allah! Why not, may my parents be sacrificed for you, please tell me." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The foundation of this religion is that you bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He is One and has no partners, and that Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is His servant and Messenger. What upholds this religion is the establishment of prayer and the payment of Zakat. And the pinnacle of its excellence is striving in the way of Allah. I have been commanded to fight against the people until they establish prayer, pay Zakat, and bear witness to the Oneness of Allah and the Prophethood. Once they do so, they have protected their lives and wealth from me, except for whatever right this statement entails, and their reckoning is with Allah Almighty." Furthermore, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "By Him in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), no person's face is made pale, nor are his feet covered in dust in any act besides the obligatory prayer (except in the way of Allah), nor is anyone's book of deeds made heavier than that of the one who strives in the way of Allah, or who rides or is mounted upon an animal in the way of Allah."

حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ لوگوں کو لے کر غزوہ تبوک کے لئے روانہ ہوئے صبح ہوئی تو لوگوں کو نماز فجر پڑھائی اور لوگ اپنی سواریوں پر سوار ہونے لگے جب سورج نکل آیا تو لوگ رات بھر چلنے کی وجہ سے اونگھنے لگے حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے پیچھے چلتے ہوئے ان کے ساتھ چمٹے رہے جبکہ لوگ اپنی اپنی سواریوں کو چھوڑ چکے تھے جس کی وجہ سے وہ راستوں میں منتشر ہوگئی تھی اور ادھر ادھر چرتی جا رہی تھی اچانک وہ بدک گئی حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اسے لگام سے پکڑ کر کھینچا تو وہ تیزی سے بھاگ پڑی جس سے نبی کریم ﷺ کی اونٹنی بھی بدک گئی نبی کریم ﷺ نے اپنی چادر ہٹائی اور پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھا تو لشکر میں حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ سے زیادہ کوئی بھی نبی کریم ﷺ کے قریب نہ تھا چنانچہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے انہی کو آواز دے کر پکارا معاذ! انہوں نے عرض کیا لبیک یا رسول اللہ! نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اور قریب ہوجاؤ، چنانچہ وہ مزید قریب ہوگئے یہاں تک کہ دونوں کی سواریاں ایک دوسرے سے مل گئیں۔ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میرا خیال نہیں تھا کہ لوگ ہم سے اتنے دور ہوں گے حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا اے اللہ کے نبی! لوگ اونگھ رہے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے ان کی سواریاں انہیں لے کر منتشر ہوگئی ہیں اور ادھر ادھر چرتے ہوئے چل رہی ہیں، نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اونگھ تو مجھے بھی آگئی تھی جب حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی کریم ﷺ کے چہرہ مبارک پر بشاشت اور خلوت کا یہ موقع دیکھا تو عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! اگر اجازت ہو تو میں ایک سوال پوچھ لوں جس نے مجھے بیمار اور غمزدہ کردیا ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو چاہو پوچھ سکتے ہو، عرض کیا اے اللہ کے نبی! مجھے کوئی ایسا عمل بتا دیجئے جو مجھے جنت میں داخل کرا دے؟ اس کے علاوہ میں آپ سے کچھ نہیں پوچھوں گا، نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بہت خوب (تین مرتبہ) تم نے بہت بڑی بات پوچھی (تین مرتبہ) البتہ جس کے ساتھ اللہ خیر کا ارادہ فرمالے اس کے لئے بہت آسان ہے پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان سے جو بات بھی فرمائی اسے تین مرتبہ دہرایا ان کی حرص کی وجہ سے اور اس بناء پر کہ انہیں وہ پختہ ہوجائے، پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ پر ایمان لاؤ، آخرت کے دن پر ایمان لاؤ نماز قائم کرو، ایک اللہ کی عبادت کرو، اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراؤ حتیٰ کہ اسی حال پر تم دنیا سے رخصت ہوجاؤ، معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا اے اللہ کے نبی! اس بات کو دوبارہ دہرا دیجئے، نبی کریم ﷺ نے تین مرتبہ اس بات کو دہرایا، پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اے معاذ! اگر تم چاہتے ہو تو میں تمہیں اس مذہب کی بنیاد، اسے قائم رکھنے والی چیز اور اس کے کوہانوں کی بلندی کے متعلق بتادوں؟ معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا اے اللہ کے نبی! کیوں نہیں، میرے ماں باپ آپ پر قربان ہوں، ضرور بتائیے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اس مذہب کی بنیاد یہ ہے کہ تم اس بات کی گواہی دو کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے اور اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں اور یہ کہ محمد ﷺ اس کے بندے اور رسول ہیں اور اس دین کو قائم رکھنے والی چیز نماز ادا کرنا اور زکوٰۃ ادا کرنا اور اس کے کوہان کی بلندی جہاد فی سبیل اللہ ہے مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ لوگوں سے قتال کرتا رہوں تاوقتیکہ وہ نماز قائم کرلیں اور زکوٰۃ ادا کرنے لگیں اور توحید و رسالت کی گواہی دیں جب وہ ایسا کرلیں تو انہوں نے اپنی جان مال کو مجھ سے محفوظ کرلیا اور بچا لیا سوائے اس کے کہ اس کلمے کا کوئی حق ہو اور ان کا حساب کتاب اللہ تعالیٰ کے ذمے ہوگا۔ نیز نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ بھی فرمایا کہ اس ذات کی قسم جس کے دست قدرت میں محمد ﷺ کی جان ہے کسی ایسے عمل میں " سوائے فرض نماز کے " جس سے جنت کے درجات کی خواہش کی جاتی ہو، کسی انسان کا چہرہ نہیں کمزور ہوتا ہے اور نہ ہی اس کے قدم غبارآلود ہوتے ہیں جیسے جہاد فی سبیل اللہ میں ہوتے ہیں اور کسی انسان کا نامہ اعمال اس طرح بھاری نہیں ہوتا جیسے اس جانور سے ہوتا ہے جسے اللہ کے راستے میں استعمال کیا جائے یا کسی کو اس پر اللہ کے راستہ میں سوار کردیا جائے۔
Hazrat Muaz bin Jabal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) logon ko lekar Ghazwa Tabuk ke liye rawana hue subah hui to logon ko namaz fajr parhayi aur log apni sawariyon par sawar hone lage jab Suraj nikal aaya to log raat bhar chalne ki wajah se unghne lage Hazrat Muaz (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke peeche chalte hue un ke sath chamte rahe jab keh log apni apni sawariyon ko chhod chuke the jis ki wajah se woh raaston mein muntashir ho gayi thi aur idhar udhar charte ja rahi thi achanak woh badak gayi Hazrat Muaz (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne usay lagaam se pakar kar khencha to woh tezi se bhaag padi jis se Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki untni bhi badak gayi Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apni chadar hatai aur peeche mud kar dekha to lashkar mein Hazrat Muaz (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se zyada koi bhi Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke kareeb nah tha chunanche Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhi ko awaz de kar pukara Muaz! Unhon ne arz kiya Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah! Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya aur kareeb hojao, chunanche woh mazeed kareeb hogaye yahan tak ki donon ki sawariyan ek dusre se mil gayin. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mera khayal nahin tha ki log hum se itne door honge Hazrat Muaz (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne arz kiya aye Allah ke Nabi! Log ungh rahe hain jis ki wajah se un ki sawariyan unhen lekar muntashir ho gayin hain aur idhar udhar charte hue chal rahi hain, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ungh to mujhe bhi aa gayi thi jab Hazrat Muaz (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke chehra mubarak par bashashat aur khalwat ka yeh mauka dekha to arz kiya Ya Rasool Allah! Agar ijazat ho to main ek sawal puchh loon jis ne mujhe bimar aur ghamzada kardiya hai? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo chaho puchh sakte ho, arz kiya aye Allah ke Nabi! Mujhe koi aisa amal bata dijiye jo mujhe Jannat mein dakhil kara de? Is ke alawa main aap se kuchh nahin puchhon ga, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya bahut khoob (teen martaba) tum ne bahut badi baat puchhi (teen martaba) albatta jis ke sath Allah khair ka irada farmalay us ke liye bahut aasan hai phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne un se jo baat bhi farmayi use teen martaba dohraya un ki haras ki wajah se aur is bina par ki unhen woh pakka hojae, phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Allah par iman lao, Aakhirat ke din par iman lao namaz qaim karo, ek Allah ki ibadat karo, us ke sath kisi ko sharik na therao hatta ki isi hal par tum duniya se rukhsat hojao, Muaz (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne arz kiya aye Allah ke Nabi! Is baat ko dobara dohraye dijiye, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne teen martaba is baat ko dohraya, phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya aye Muaz! Agar tum chahte ho to main tumhen is mazhab ki bunyad, ise qaim rakhne wali cheez aur is ke kohanon ki bulandi ke mutaliq bata doon? Muaz (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne arz kiya aye Allah ke Nabi! Kyon nahin, mere maa baap aap par qurban hon, zaroor bataiye Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya is mazhab ki bunyad yeh hai ki tum is baat ki gawahi do ki Allah ke alawa koi mabood nahin, woh akela hai aur is ka koi sharik nahin aur yeh ki Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is ke bande aur Rasool hain aur is deen ko qaim rakhne wali cheez namaz ada karna aur zakat ada karna aur is ke kohan ki bulandi jihad fi sabeel Allah hai mujhe hukum diya gaya hai ki logon se qatal karta rahoon ta waqt keh woh namaz qaim karlen aur zakat ada karne lagein aur tauheed o risalat ki gawahi den jab woh aisa karlen to unhon ne apni jaan maal ko mujh se mahfooz karliya aur bacha liya siwaye is ke ki is kalme ka koi haq ho aur un ka hisab kitab Allah Ta'ala ke zimme hoga. Niz Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne yeh bhi farmaya ki is zaat ki qasam jis ke dast qudrat mein Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki jaan hai kisi aise amal mein "siwaye farz namaz ke" jis se jannat ke darjaat ki khwahish ki jati ho, kisi insan ka chehra nahin kamzor hota hai aur na hi us ke qadam ghubar aalud hote hain jaise jihad fi sabeel Allah mein hote hain aur kisi insan ka nama amal is tarah bhari nahin hota jaise is janwar se hota hai jise Allah ke raste mein istemal kiya jaye ya kisi ko is par Allah ke raste mein sawar kardiya jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ , حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بَهْرَامَ , حَدَّثَنَا شَهْرٌ , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ غَنْمٍ , عَنْ حَدِيثِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ بِالنَّاسِ قِبَلَ غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ , فَلَمَّا أَنْ أَصْبَحَ صَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ , ثُمَّ إِنَّ النَّاسَ رَكِبُوا , فَلَمَّا أَنْ طَلَعَتْ الشَّمْسُ نَعَسَ النَّاسُ عَلَى أَثَرِ الدُّلْجَةِ , وَلَزِمَ مُعَاذٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتْلُو أَثَرَهُ , وَالنَّاسُ تَفَرَّقَتْ بِهِمْ رِكَابُهُمْ عَلَى جَوَادِّ الطَّرِيقِ , تَأْكُلُ وَتَسِيرُ , فَبَيْنَمَا مُعَاذٌ عَلَى أَثَرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَاقَتُهُ تَأْكُلُ مَرَّةً , وَتَسِيرُ أُخْرَى , عَثَرَتْ نَاقَةُ مُعَاذٍ فَكَبَحَهَا بِالزِّمَامِ , فَهَبَّتْ حَتَّى نَفَرَتْ مِنْهَا نَاقَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَشْفَ عَنْهُ قِنَاعَهُ , فَالْتَفَتَ , فَإِذَا لَيْسَ مِنَ الْجَيْشِ رَجُلٌ أَدْنَى إِلَيْهِ مِنْ مُعَاذٍ , فَنَادَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:" يَا مُعَاذُ" , قَالَ: لَبَّيْكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ , قَالَ:" ادْنُ دُونَكَ" , فَدَنَا مِنْهُ حَتَّى لَصِقَتْ رَاحِلَتَاهُمَا إِحْدَاهُمَا بِالْأُخْرَى , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَا كُنْتُ أَحْسِبُ النَّاسَ مِنَّا كَمَكَانِهِمْ مِنَ الْبُعْدِ" , فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ , نَعَسَ النَّاسُ فَتَفَرَّقَتْ بِهِمْ رِكَابُهُمْ تَرْتَعُ وَتَسِيرُ , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" وَأَنَا كُنْتُ نَاعِسًا" , فَلَمَّا رَأَى مُعَاذٌ بُشْرَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَيْهِ وَخَلْوَتَهُ لَهُ , قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , ائْذَنْ لِي أَسْأَلْكَ عَنْ كَلِمَةٍ قَدْ أَمْرَضَتْنِي , وَأَسْقَمَتْنِي , وَأَحْزَنَتْنِي , فَقَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" سَلْنِي عَمَّ شِئْتَ" , قَالَ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ , حَدِّثْنِي بِعَمَلٍ يُدْخِلُنِي الْجَنَّةَ , لَا أَسْأَلُكَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ غَيْرِهَا , قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " بَخٍ بَخٍ , لَقَدْ سَأَلْتَ بِعَظِيمٍ ثَلَاثًا , وَإِنَّهُ لَيَسِيرٌ عَلَى مَنْ أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْخَيْرَ , وَإِنَّهُ لَيَسِيرٌ عَلَى مَنْ أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْخَيْرَ , وَإِنَّهُ لَيَسِيرٌ عَلَى مَنْ أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْخَيْرَ" , فَلَمْ يُحَدِّثْهُ بِشَيْءٍ إِلَّا قَالَهُ لَهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ , يَعْنِي: أَعَادَهُ عَلَيْهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ , حِرْصًا لِكَيْ مَا يُتْقِنَهُ عَنْهُ , فَقَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ , وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ , وَتُقِيمُ الصَّلَاةَ , وَتَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ وَحْدَهُ لَا تُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا حَتَّى تَمُوتَ , وَأَنْتَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ" , فَقَالَ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ , أَعِدْ لِي , فَأَعَادَهَا لَهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ , ثُمَّ قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنْ شِئْتَ حَدَّثْتُكَ يَا مُعَاذُ بِرَأْسِ هَذَا الْأَمْرِ , وَقَوَامِ هَذَا الْأَمْرِ , وَذُرْوَةِ السَّنَامِ" , فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ: بَلَى بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي أَنْتَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ فَحَدِّثْنِي , فَقَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّ رَأْسَ هَذَا الْأَمْرِ أَنْ تَشْهَدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ , وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ , وَإِنَّ قَوَامَ هَذَا الْأَمْرِ إِقَامُ الصَّلَاةِ , وَإِيتَاءُ الزَّكَاةِ , وَإِنَّ ذُرْوَةَ السَّنَامِ مِنْهُ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ , إِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ , وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ , وَيَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ , وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ , فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ اعْتَصَمُوا وَعَصَمُوا دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا , وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ" , وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ , مَا شَحَبَ وَجْهٌ وَلَا اغْبَرَّتْ قَدَمٌ فِي عَمَلٍ تُبْتَغَى فِيهِ دَرَجَاتُ الْجَنَّةِ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ الْمَفْرُوضَةِ , كَجِهَادٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ , وَلَا ثَقُلَ مِيزَانُ عَبْدٍ كَدَابَّةٍ تَنْفُقُ لَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ , أَوْ يَحْمِلُ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ" .
