ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2228
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had cupping (hijama) done while he was fasting and in the state of Ihram. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fainted due to this. Therefore, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) considered cupping disliked for a fasting person.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے روزہ دار ہونے کی حالت میں محرم ہو کر سینگی لگوائی، نبی ﷺ پر اس کی وجہ سے غشی طاری ہو گئی، اسی بناء پر نبی ﷺ روزہ دار کے لئے سینگی لگوانے کو مکروہ خیال فرماتے تھے۔
Sayyida Ibn Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne rozdar hone ki halat mein mehram ho kar seengi laguwai, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) par is ki wajah se ghashi tari ho gayi, isi bina par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) rozdar ke liye seengi laguwane ko makruh khayal farmate thy.
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ بَابٍ ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" احْتَجَمَ صَائِمًا مُحْرِمًا، فَغُشِيَ عَلَيْهِ" , قَالَ: فَلِذَلِكَ كَرِهَ الْحِجَامَةَ لِلصَّائِمِ.
