Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 22715
It is narrated on the authority of Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that at the time of the revelation of Allah, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to experience an intense state and the color of his blessed face would change. One day, the revelation was revealed, and when that state was over, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Learn this thing from me, learn this thing from me, Allah Almighty has prescribed this path for women that if an unmarried boy commits adultery with an unmarried girl, then he should be given a hundred lashes and exiled for one year. And if a married man commits adultery with a married woman, he should be given a hundred lashes, and he should also be stoned to death."

حضرت عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ پر نزول وحی کے وقت شدت کی کیفیت ہوتی تھی اور روئے انور کا رنگ بدل جاتا تھا ایک دن وحی نازل ہوئی اور وہ کیفیت دور ہونے پر نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مجھ سے یہ بات حاصل کرلو مجھ سے یہ بات حاصل کرلو اللہ تعالیٰ نے عورتوں کے لئے یہ راستہ متعین کردیا ہے کہ اگر کوئی کنوارہ لڑکا کنواری لڑکی کے ساتھ بدکاری کرے تو اسے سو کوڑے مارے جائیں اور ایک سال کے لئے جلا وطن کیا جائے اور اگر شادی شدہ مرد شادی شدہ عورت کے ساتھ بدکاری کرے تو اسے سو کوڑے مارے جائیں اور رجم بھی کیا جائے۔
Hazrat Ubadah bin Samit razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) par nuzool wahi ke waqt shiddat ki kefiyat hoti thi aur rooye anwar ka rang badal jata tha ek din wahi nazil hui aur wo kefiyat door hone par Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mujh se ye baat hasil karlo mujh se ye baat hasil karlo Allah ta'ala ne auraton ke liye ye rasta mutayyan kardiya hai ki agar koi kunwara ladka kunwari ladki ke sath badkari kare to usey sau kore maare jayen aur ek saal ke liye jala watan kiya jaye aur agar shadi shuda mard shadi shuda aurat ke sath badkari kare to usey sau kore maare jayen aur rajm bhi kiya jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" إِذَا نَزَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْوَحْيُ، أَثَّرَ عَلَيْهِ كَرَبَ لِذَلِكَ، وَتَرَبَّدَ وَجْهُهُ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاة وَالسَّلَامُ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ، فَلَمَّا سُرِّيَ عَنْهُ، قَالَ:" خُذُوا عَنِّي، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا، الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ، وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ، الثَّيِّبُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَرَجْمٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ، وَالْبِكْرُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ نَفْيُ سَنَةٍ" .
