Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 22760
It is narrated on the authority of Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, when Jibril (peace be upon him) visited the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for his ailment, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was shivering. He performed the following incantation on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "In the name of Allah, I perform an incantation upon you for protection from the evil of everything that may harm you, from the envy of every envier and from every evil eye. In the name of Allah, may Allah grant you cure."

حضرت عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت جبرائیل علیہ السلام نبی کریم ﷺ کی عیادت کے لئے حاضر ہوئے تو نبی کریم ﷺ کانپ رہے تھے انہوں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو ان الفاظ میں دم کیا " اللہ کے نام سے میں تم پر ہر اس چیز کے شر سے بچاؤ کا دم کرتا ہوں جو تمہیں ایذاء پہنچا سکے مثلاً ہر حاسد کے حسد سے اور ہر نظر بد سے اللہ کے نام سے اللہ تمہیں شفاء عطا فرمائے۔
Hazrat Ubadah Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Hazrat Jibraeel Alaihissalam Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki ayadat ke liye hazir hue to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) kaamp rahe the unhon ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko in alfaz mein dum kia " Allah ke naam se main tum par har us cheez ke shar se bachao ka dum karta hun jo tumhen eza pahuncha sake maslan har hasid ke hasad se aur har nazar e bad se Allah ke naam se Allah tumhen shifa ata farmaye.
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ ثَوْبَانَ ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جُنَادَةَ بْنَ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ الْكِنْدِيَّ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عُبَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ , عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَاهُ وَهُوَ يُرْعِدُ، فَقَالَ: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ، مِنْ حَسَدِ حَاسِدٍ وَكُلِّ عَيْنٍ، وَاسْمُ اللَّهِ يَشْفِيكَ"
