Hadith of Abu al-Tufail 'Amir ibn Wathilah, may Allah be pleased with him.

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 23801
It is narrated by Abu Al-Tufail (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I saw in a dream that I was in an area and some black and some white goats came to me. After a while, Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) came and he pulled one or two buckets, in which there was some weakness, may Allah forgive him. Then Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) came, and a bucket was formed in his hand, and he filled the basin and gave water to those who came. I did not see anyone after Umar who pulled a better bucket, and I interpreted this dream to mean that the black goats are the Arabs and the white goats are the non-Arabs."

حضرت ابوالطفیل رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ جیسے میں ایک علاقے میں ہوں اور میرے پاس کچھ سیاہ اور کچھ سفید بکریاں آئی ہیں تھوڑی دیر بعد ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ آئے اور انہوں نے ایک دو ڈول کھینچے جن میں کچھ کمزوری تھی اللہ انہیں معاف کر دے پھر عمر رضی اللہ عنہ آئے اور وہ ان کے ہاتھ میں ڈول بن گیا اور انہوں نے حوض بھر دیا اور آنے والوں کو سیراب کردیا میں نے عمر سے زیادہ اچھا ڈول کھینچنے والا کوئی عقبری آدمی نہیں دیکھا اور میں نے اس خواب کی تعبیر یہ لی ہے کہ سیاہ بکریوں سے مراد عرب ہیں اور سفید بکریوں سے مراد اہل عجم ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Lutfail (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein ne khwab mein dekha ki jaise mein aik ilaqe mein hun aur mere pass kuch siyah aur kuch safaid bakriyaan aayi hain thodi dair baad Abu Bakar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aaye aur unhon ne aik do dol khenche jin mein kuch kamzori thi Allah unhen maaf kar de phir Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aaye aur wo un ke hath mein dol ban gaya aur unhon ne hauz bhar diya aur aane walon ko sairab kar diya mein ne Umar se zyada achcha dol khenchne wala koi aqabri aadmi nahin dekha aur mein ne is khwab ki tabeer ye li hai ki siyah bakriyon se murad Arab hain aur safaid bakriyon se murad ahle ajam hain.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " رَأَيْتُ فِيمَا يَرَى النَّائِمُ كَأَنِّي أَنْزِعُ أَرْضًا، وَرَدَتْ عَلَيَّ وَغَنَمٌ سُودٌ وَغَنَمٌ عُفْرٌ، فَجَاءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَنَزَعَ ذَنُوبًا أَوْ ذَنُوبَيْنِ وَفِيهِمَا ضَعْفٌ، وَاللَّهُ يَغْفِرُ لَهُ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ عُمَرُ فَنَزَعَ فَاسْتَحَالَتْ غَرْبًا فَمَلَأَ الْحَوْضَ وَأَرْوَى الْوَارِدَةَ، فَلَمْ أَرَ عَبْقَرِيًّا أَحْسَنَ نَزْعًا مِنْ عُمَرَ، فَأَوَّلْتُ أَنَّ السُّودَ الْعَرَبُ، وَأَنَّ الْعُفْرَ الْعَجَمُ" .
