Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24843
It is narrated from Aisha that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would recite in bowing (ruku) and prostration (sujud): "Subboohun Quddoosun Rabbul Malaikati war Rooh." (Glory be to Allah, the Most Holy, the Lord of the angels and the Spirit).

حضرت عائشہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ رکوع و سجود میں یہ پڑھتے تھے، سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ
Hazrat Ayesha se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ruku o sajdah mein ye parhte the subboh quddus rabbul malaikati warrooh.
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، وَعَفَّانُ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: عَفَّانُ: قَالَ: قَتَادَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ: " سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ" . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: فِي رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُودِهِ، قَالَ عَفَّانُ: قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِهِشَامِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ: فِي رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُودِهِ.
