The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2706
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made me sit behind him and Qatham was sitting in front of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے مجھے اپنے پیچھے بٹھا لیا اور قثم نبی ﷺ کے آگے بیٹھے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ صُبَيْحٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ:" أَرْدَفَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَلْفَهُ، وَقُثَمُ أَمَامَهُ".
