Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2733
It is narrated from our master Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that whoever mistreats an animal, kill that person and kill the animal too.
Grade: Da'if
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ جو شخص کسی جانور سے بدفعلی کرے، اس شخص کو بھی قتل کر دو اور اس جانور کو بھی قتل کر دو۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki jo shakhs kisi janwar se badfaili kare, us shakhs ko bhi qatl kar do aur us janwar ko bhi qatl kar do.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي الْبَهِيمَةَ:" اقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ".
