The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3428
It has been narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prescribed for one who has sexual intercourse with his wife during the days of menstruation that he should give one or half a dinar in charity.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اس شخص کے بارے - جس نے ایام کی حالت میں اپنی بیوی سے قربت کی ہو - یہ فرمایا کہ ”وہ ایک یا آدھا دینار صدقہ کرے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is shakhs ke bare - jis ne ayyam ki halat mein apni biwi se qurbat ki ho - ye farmaya ki ”woh ek ya adha dinar sadqa kare“.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءٌ الْعَطَّارُ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ:" يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ".
