The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3435
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman in the state of menstruation or postnatal bleeding should perform Ghusl (ritual bath) and assume Ihram. She should perform all the rites of Hajj except for the Tawaf (circumambulation) of the Kaaba, which she should not perform until she becomes pure.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مرفوعا مروی ہے کہ حیض و نفاس والی عورت غسل کر کے احرام باندھ لے اور سارے مناسک حج ادا کرتی رہے، سوائے اس کے کہ پاک ہونے سے پہلے تک بیت اللہ کا طواف نہ کرے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marfoan marvi hai ki haiz o nifaas wali aurat ghusl kar ke ehram bandh le aur sare manasik Hajj ada karti rahe, siwaye is ke ki pak hone se pehle tak Baitullah ka tawaf na kare.
حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي خُصَيْفٌ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ وَمُجَاهِدٍ وَعَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَنَّ النُّفَسَاءَ وَالْحَائِضَ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتُحْرِمُ وَتَقْضِي الْمَنَاسِكَ كُلَّهَا، غَيْرَ أَنْ لَا تَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ".
