The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3532
Abu Lutfil says that whenever Sayyiduna Ameer Mu'awiya (may Allah be pleased with him) passed by any corner of the Ka'bah, he would touch it (in reverence). Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would only touch the Black Stone and the Yemeni Corner. Sayyiduna Mu'awiya (may Allah be pleased with him) said that no part of the House of Allah is devoid of reward or abandoned.

ابوالطفیل کہتے ہیں کہ سیدنا امیر معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ خانہ کعبہ کے جس کونے پر بھی گزرتے اس کا استلام کرتے، سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ صرف حجر اسود اور رکن یمانی کا استلام فرماتے تھے، سیدنا معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرمانے لگے کہ بیت اللہ کا کوئی حصہ بھی مہجور و متروک نہیں ہے۔
Abu altufail kahte hain ke syedna ameer muawiya razi Allah anhu khana kaba ke jis kone par bhi guzarte us ka istalaam karte, syedna ibn abbas razi Allah anhuma ne farmaya ke nabi salallahu alaihi wasallam sirf hajar aswad aur rukn yamani ka istalaam farmate the, syedna muawiya razi Allah anhu farmane lage ke bait Allah ka koi hissa bhi mahjoor o matrook nahin hai.
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ ، قَالَ: كَانَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لَا يَأْتِي عَلَى رُكْنٍ مِنْ أَرْكَانِ الْبَيْتِ إِلَّا اسْتَلَمَهُ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ " إِنَّمَا كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْتَلِمُ هَذَيْنِ الرُّكْنَيْنِ". فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَرْكَانِهِ شَيْءٌ مَهْجُورٌ. قَالَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الرُّكْنَيْنِ الْيَمَانِيَ، وَالْحَجَرَ.
