Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4491
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of an unborn animal that is still in its mother's womb.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے حاملہ جانور کے حمل سے پیدا ہونے والے بچے کی ”جو ابھی ماں کے پیٹ میں ہی ہے۔“ پیٹ میں ہی بیع کر نے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamil janwar ke hal se peda hone wale bache ki jo abhi maan ke pet mein hi hai pet mein hi bech karne se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ".
