Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4501
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Just as the face prostrates, so do the hands. Therefore, when one of you places his face on the ground, let him also place his hands (on the ground), and when he raises his face, let him also raise his hands."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مرفوعاً مروی ہے کہ جس طرح چہرہ سجدہ کرتا ہے، ہاتھ بھی اسی طرح سجدہ کرتے ہیں، اس لئے جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنا چہرہ زمین پر رکھے تو ہاتھ بھی رکھے اور جب چہرہ اٹھائے تو ہاتھ بھی اٹھائے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marfooan marvi hai ke jis tarah chehra sajdah karta hai, hath bhi usi tarah sajdah karte hain, is liye jab tum mein se koi shakhs apna chehra zameen par rakhe to hath bhi rakhe aur jab chehra uthaye to hath bhi uthaye.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَفَعَهُ، قَالَ:" إِنَّ الْيَدَيْنِ تَسْجُدَانِ، كَمَا يَسْجُدُ الْوَجْهُ، فَإِذَا وَضَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَجْهَهُ، فَلْيَضَعْ يَدَيْهِ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَهُ، فَلْيَرْفَعْهُمَا".
