Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4539
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he saw the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the two Sheikhs ( Abu Bakr and Umar) walking in front of a funeral procession.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی کریم ﷺ اور حضرات شیخین کو جنازے کے آگے چلتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur Hazrat Shaykhayn ko janaze ke aage chalte huye dekha hai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبَا بَكْر وَعُمَرَ" يَمْشُونَ أَمَامَ الْجِنَازَةِ".
