Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4576
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not travel with the Mushaf (written copy of the Quran), for I fear that it may fall into the hands of the enemy."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”سفر میں جاتے وقت قرآن کریم اپنے ساتھ نہ لے جایا کرو مجھے اندیشہ ہے کہ کہیں دشمن کے ہاتھ نہ لگ جائے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Safar mein jate waqt Quran Kareem apne sath na le jaya karo mujhe andesha hai ki kahin dushman ke hath na lag jaye."
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا تُسَافِرُوا بِالْقُرْآنِ، فَإِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يَنَالَهُ الْعَدُوُّ".
