Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4583
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was standing on the steps of the Ka'bah and said, "All praise is due to Allah, Who has fulfilled His promise, aided His servant and defeated all the armies alone. Remember, the blood-money of one who is killed with a piece of wood or a stick is one hundred camels." According to some chains of narration, there is an increase in the blood-money, which will include forty pregnant camels. Remember! Every pride, every blood shed and every false claim of the era of ignorance is under my these two feet. However, the right of providing water to the pilgrims and holding the key of the Holy Ka'bah, I retain it for its holders as long as the world remains (these rights will remain with the same people).

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ فتح مکہ کہ دن خانہ کعبہ کی سیڑھیوں پر نبی کریم ﷺ فرما رہے تھے کہ تمام تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لئے ہیں جس نے اپنا وعدہ سچ کر دکھایا، اپنے بندے کی مدد کی اور تمام لشکروں کو تن تنہا شکست دی، یاد رکھو لکڑی یا لاٹھی سے مقتول ہو جانے والے کی دیت سو اونٹ ہے۔ بعض اسانید کے مطابق اس میں دیت مغلظہ ہے جن میں چالیس حاملہ اونٹیاں بھی ہوں گی۔ یاد رکھو! زمانہ جاہلیت کا ہر تفاخر،ہر خون اور ہر دعوی میرے ان دو قدموں کے نیچے ہے البتہ حاجیوں کو پانی پلانے اور بیت اللہ شریف کی کلید برداری کا جو عہدہ ہے میں اسے ان عہدوں کے حاملین کے لئے برقرار رکھتا ہوں جب تک دنیا باقی ہے (یہ عہدے ان ہی لوگوں کے پاس رہیں گے)۔
Sayyidina Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Fath Makkah ke din Khanah Kaaba ki seedhiyon par Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farma rahe the ki tamam tareefain is Allah ke liye hain jisne apna waada sach kar dikhaaya, apne bande ki madad ki aur tamam lashkaron ko tan tanha shikast di, yaad rakho lakdi ya lathi se maqtool ho jaane wale ki deet sau unt hai. Baaz asanid ke mutabiq is mein deet mughalza hai jin mein chalis hamil auntiyan bhi hongi. Yaad rakho! Zamanah Jahiliyat ka har tafakhur, har khoon aur har daava mere in do qadmon ke neeche hai albatta hajjion ko paani pilane aur Baitullah Sharif ki kalid bardari ka jo ahd hai main ise un ahdon ke hamileno ke liye barqaraar rakhta hun jab tak duniya baqi hai (ye ahde un hi logon ke pass rahengay).
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُدْعَانَ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ، وَهُوَ عَلَى دَرَجِ الْكَعْبَةِ:" الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي صَدَقَ وَعْدَهُ، وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ، وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ، أَلَا إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْعَمْدِ الْخَطَأِ بِالسَّوْطِ أَوْ الْعَصَا فِيهِ مِئَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: الْمُغَلَّظَةُ فِيهَا أَرْبَعُونَ خَلِفَةً، فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا ألاَ إِنَّ كُلَّ مَأْثُرَةٍ كَانَتْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ وَدَمٍ وَدَعْوَى، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: وَدَمٍ وَمَالٍ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ، إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ سِقَايَةِ الْحَاجِّ وَسِدَانَةِ الْبَيْتِ، فَإِنِّي أُمْضِيهِمَا لِأَهْلِهِمَا عَلَى مَا كَانَتْ".
