Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4596
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) upon reaching the place of "Qadeed," purchased an animal for sacrifice. Upon reaching the Noble Sanctuary, he performed Tawaf of the Ka'bah and Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, and said, "I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) doing the same."

نافع رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما مقام ”قدیر“ پر پہنچ کر ہدی کا جانور خریدا حرم شریف پہنچ کر خانہ کعبہ کا طواف اور صفا مروہ کے درمیان سعی کی اور فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو اسی طرح کرتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Nafi rahmatullah alaih kehte hain ki Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma maqam "Qadeer" par pahunch kar hadi ka janwar khareeda Haram Sharif pahunch kar Khanah Kaaba ka tawaf aur Safa Marwah ke darmiyaan sa'i ki aur farmaya ki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko isi tarah karte huye dekha hai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ " أَتَى قُدَيْدًا، وَاشْتَرَى هَدْيَهُ، فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، وَقَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَنَعَ هَكَذَا".
