Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4740
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbidding women in ihram from wearing gloves and niqab, and from wearing clothes that have silk or saffron on them.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو حالت احرام میں خواتین کو دستانے اور نقاب پہننے کی ممانعت کرتے ہوئے سنا ہے اور ان کپڑوں میں جن میں ورس یا زعفران لگی ہوئی ہو۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko halat ehraam mein khawateen ko dastane aur niqab pehenne ki mumanat karte hue suna hai aur un kapdon mein jin mein warsa ya zaffran lagi hui ho.
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" يَنْهَى النِّسَاءَ فِي الْإِحْرَامِ عَنِ الْقُفَّازِ وَالنِّقَابِ، وَمَا مَسَّ الْوَرْسُ وَالزَّعْفَرَانُ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ".
