Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4901
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If two men own a slave together and one of them sets his share free, then his value should be estimated if the other man is wealthy…"

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اگر دو آدمیوں کے درمیان غلام مشترک ہو اور ان میں سے کوئی ایک اپنے حصے سے آزاد کر دے تو دوسرے کے مالدار ہونے کی صورت میں اس کی قیمت لگوائی جائے گی۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Agar do admiyon ke darmiyan ghulam mushtaq ho aur in mein se koi ek apne hisse se azad kar de to dusre ke maldar hone ki surat mein us ki qimat lagwai jaye gi.“.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ أُقِيمَ مَا بَقِيَ فِي مَالِهِ".
