Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4926
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was standing on the steps of the Kaaba and said, "All praise is due to Allah, Who has fulfilled His promise, helped His servant and defeated all the armies alone. Remember! Every pride, every blood and every claim of the days of ignorance is under my two feet. However, the responsibility of providing water to the pilgrims and the custody of the key of the Kaaba will remain with those who have been entrusted with it. Remember! The blood-money of one who is killed with a piece of wood or a stick is one hundred camels." According to some narrations, the blood-money is increased to one hundred and forty camels, forty of which should be pregnant.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ فتح مکہ کہ دن خانہ کعبہ کی سیڑھیوں پر نبی ﷺ فرما رہے تھے کہ تمام تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لئے ہیں جس نے اپنا وعدہ سچ کر دکھایا، اپنے بندے کی مدد کی اور تمام لشکروں کو تن تنہا شکست دی، یاد رکھو! زمانہ جاہلیت کا ہر تفاخر، ہر خون اور ہر دعویٰ میرے ان دو قدموں کے نیچے ہے، البتہ حاجیوں کو پانی پلانے اور بیت اللہ کی کلید برداری کا جو عہدہ ہے میں اسے ان عہدوں کے حاملین کے لیے برقرار رکھتا ہوں، یاد رکھو! لکڑی یا لاٹھی سے مقتول ہو جانے والے کی دیت سو اونٹ ہے، بعض اسانید کے مطابق اس میں دیت مغلظہ ہے جن میں چالیس حاملہ اونٹیاں بھی ہوں گی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Fath Makkah ke din Khana Kaaba ki seedhiyon par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farma rahe the ki tamam tareefain is Allah ke liye hain jisne apna waada sach kar dikhaya, apne bande ki madad ki aur tamam lashkaron ko tan tanha shikast di, yaad rakho! Zamana jahiliyat ka har tafakhur, har khoon aur har daava mere in do qadmon ke neeche hai, albatta haajiyon ko pani pilane aur Baitullah ki kildedari ka jo uhda hai main use un uhdon ke hamileno ke liye barqarar rakhta hun, yaad rakho! Lakdi ya lathi se maqtool ho jaane wale ki diyat sau unt hai, baaz asaneed ke mutabiq is mein diyat mughalza hai jin mein chalis hamil untian bhi hon gi.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُدْعَانَ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: كَانَ مَرَّةً يَقُولُ: ابْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَمَرَّةً يَقُولُ ابْنِ رَبِيعَة، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى دَرَجِ الْكَعْبَةِ:" الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَنْجَزَ وَعْدَهُ، وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ، وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ كُلَّ مَأْثُرَةٍ كَانَتْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، فَإِنَّهَا تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ الْيَوْمَ، إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ سِدَانَةِ الْبَيْتِ وَسِقَايَةِ الْحَاجِّ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ مَا بَيْنَ الْعَمْدِ وَالْخَطَإِ وَالْقَتْلِ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْحَجَرِ فِيهَا مِئَةُ بَعِيرٍ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا".
