Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4984
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned from the Battle of Uhud, the women of the Ansar began to weep for their martyred husbands. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Is there no woman weeping for Hamza?". Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) slept and when he woke up, the women were still weeping. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "They will continue to weep for Hamza today."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ غزوہ احد سے واپس ہوئے، تو انصار کی عورتیں اپنے اپنے شہید ہونے والے شوہروں پر رونے لگیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”حمزہ کے لئے کوئی رونے والی نہیں ہے؟“، پھر نبی ﷺ کی آنکھ لگ گئی بیدار ہوئے تو وہ خواتین اسی طرح رو رہی تھیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”یہ آج حمزہ کا نام لے کر روتی ہی رہیں گی۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar RA se marvi hai ke Nabi SAW ghazwa uhud se wapas huye to ansar ki auratain apne apne shaheed hone wale shoharon par rone lagi Nabi SAW ne farmaya Hamza ke liye koi rone wali nahi hai phir Nabi SAW ki aankh lag gayi bedar huye to woh khawateen isi tarah ro rahi thi Nabi SAW ne farmaya yeh aaj Hamza ka naam lekar roti hi rahengi.
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا رَجَعَ مِنْ أُحُدٍ، فَجَعَلَتْ نِسَاءُ 61 الْأَنْصَارِ 61 يَبْكِينَ عَلَى مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" وَلَكِنْ حَمْزَةُ لَا بَوَاكِيَ لَهُ"، قَالَ: ثُمَّ نَامَ، فَاسْتَنْبَهَ وَهُنَّ يَبْكِينَ، قَالَ:" فَهُنَّ الْيَوْمَ إِذًا يَبْكِينَ يَنْدُبْنَ بِحَمْزَةَ".
