Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5091
Narrated by Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that once a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "O Messenger of Allah! Which animals can we kill after assuming Ihram?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no harm in killing five kinds of animals: a scorpion, a rat, a kite, a crow, and a rabid dog."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ سے کسی نے سوال پوچھا: یا رسول اللہ! احرام باندھنے کے بعد ہم کون سے جانور قتل کر سکتے ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”پانچ قسم کے جانوروں کو قتل کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے بچھو، چوہے، چیل، کوے اور باؤلے کتے۔“
Saina Ibne Umar Radi Allaho Anhuma se marvi hai ke aik martaba Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam se kisi ne sawal poocha Ya Rasool Allah ehram bandhne ke baad hum kon se jaanwar qatal kar sakte hain Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya panch qisam ke jaanwaron ko qatal karne mein koi harj nahin hai bichhu choohe cheel kauwe aur baule kutte
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مَا نَقْتُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا؟ فَقَالَ:" خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ: الْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ".
