Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5092
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Umar (May Allah be pleased with them both) that once I saw Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) on the pulpit. Upon seeing Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), I quickly entered the mosque and sat down in a place, but I didn't get a chance to hear anything before Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) came down from the pulpit. I asked the people what Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had said. People said that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had forbidden making wine in gourds and pitchers.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو ایک مرتبہ منبر پر جلوہ افروز دیکھا نبی ﷺ کو دیکھتے ہی، میں تیزی سے مسجد میں داخل ہوا اور ایک جگہ جا کر بیٹھ گیا، لیکن ابھی کچھ سننے کا موقعہ نہ ملا تھا کہ نبی ﷺ منبر سے نیچے اتر آئے، میں نے لوگوں سے پوچھا کہ نبی ﷺ نے کیا فرمایا؟ لوگوں نے بتایا کہ نبی ﷺ نے دباء اور مزفت میں نبیذ بنانے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ek martaba mimbar par jalwa afroz dekha. Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekhte hi, main tezi se masjid mein dakhil hua aur ek jagah ja kar baith gaya, lekin abhi kuch sunne ka mauqa na mila tha ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) mimbar se neeche utar aaye, maine logon se poocha ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kya farmaya? Logon ne bataya ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne dabba aur mazfat mein nabiz banane se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى النَّاسِ وَقَدْ فَرَغَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْخُطْبَةِ، فَقُلْتُ: مَاذَا قَامَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالُوا:" نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ".
