Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5101
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Do not prevent your women from coming to the mosque at night.” Hearing this, a son of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: By Allah! We will not leave them like this, they will take it as an argument for themselves. Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) struck his chest with his hand and said: I am narrating to you the hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and you are saying this?

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”تم رات کے وقت اپنے اہل خانہ کو مسجد آنے سے نہ روکا کرو“، یہ سن کر سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کا کوئی بیٹا کہنے لگا کہ بخدا! ہم تو انہیں اس طرح نہیں چھوڑیں گے، وہ تو اسے اپنے لئے دلیل بنا لیں گی، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے اس کے سینے پر ہاتھ مار کر فرمایا کہ میں تم سے نبی ﷺ کی حدیث بیان کر رہا ہوں اور تم یہ کہہ رہے ہو؟
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Tum raat ke waqt apne ahl khana ko masjid aane se na roka karo“, ye sun kar Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ka koi beta kehne laga ki Khuda! hum to unhen is tarah nahin chhoren ge, wo to ise apne liye daleel bana len gi, Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne us ke seene par hath mar kar farmaya ki main tum se Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki hadees bayan kar raha hun aur tum ye keh rahe ho?.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، وَلَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" ائْذَنُوا لِلنِّسَاءِ بِاللَّيْلِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ"، فَقَالَ ابْنُهُ: لَا نَأْذَنُ لَهُنَّ يَتَّخِذْنَ ذَلِكَ دَغَلًا! فَقَالَ: تَسْمَعُنِي أَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَتَقُولُ أَنْتَ: لَا؟!.
