Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5113
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was passing by when he saw some grain that its owner had displayed very attractively. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) put his hand inside it, and it turned out to be rotten grain inside. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Sell this separately. He who deceives us is not one of us."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ راستے میں جا رہے تھے، تو غلہ پر نظر پڑی جسے اس کے مالک نے بڑا سجا رکھا تھا، نبی ﷺ نے اس کے اندر ہاتھ ڈالا تو وہ اندر سے ردی غلہ نکلا، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اسے علیحدہ بیچو، جو شخص ہمیں دھوکہ دے وہ ہم میں سے نہیں ہے۔“
Sayyida Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) raste mein ja rahe thay, to ghala per nazar pari jise uske malik ne bada saja rakha tha, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne uske andar hath dala to woh andar se raddi ghala nikla, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Ise alag becho, jo shakhs hamein dhoka de woh hum mein se nahi hai.”
حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِطَعَامٍ وَقَدْ حَسَّنَهُ صَاحِبُهُ، فَأَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فِيهِ، فَإِذَا طَعَامٌ رَدِيءٌ، فَقَالَ:" بِعْ هَذَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ، وَهَذَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ، فَمَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا".
