Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5123
Musa'b bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that some people visited Ibn 'Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) while he was sick, and they began praising him. Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), who had been silent until then, said, "I will not deceive you as you deceive this man. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'Allah does not accept charity from stolen wealth, nor does He accept prayer without purification.'"

مصعب بن سعد رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ کچھ لوگ ابن عامر کے پاس ان کی بیمار پرسی کے لئے آئے اور ان کی تعریف کرنے لگے، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما ”جو پہلے خاموش بیٹھے تھے“ نے فرمایا کہ میں تمہیں ان سے بڑھ کر دھوکہ نہیں دوں گا، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ مال غنیمت میں سے چوری کی ہوئی چیز کا صدقہ قبول نہیں کرتا اور نہ ہی طہارت کے بغیر نماز قبول کرتا ہے۔
Musab bin Sad rahmatullah alaih kehte hain ki kuchh log Ibn Aamir ke paas un ki bimaar pursi ke liye aaye aur un ki tareef karne lage, Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma ”jo pehle khamosh baithe the“ ne farmaya ki main tumhen un se badh kar dhoka nahi dunga, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya hai ki Allah taala maal ghanimat mein se chori ki hui cheez ka sadqa qubool nahi karta aur na hi taharat ke baghair namaz qubool karta.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ: مَرِضَ ابْنُ عَامِرٍ، فَجَعَلُوا يَثْنُونَ عَلَيْهِ، وَابْنُ عُمَرَ سَاكِتٌ، فَقَالَ: أَمَا إِنِّي لَسْتُ بِأَغَشِّهِمْ لَكَ، وَلَكِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَقْبَلُ صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ، وَلَا صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ".
