Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5304
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade meeting traders on their way to the market before they have arrived and set up their goods, and from a deceitful sale, and that none of you should outbid another.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بازار میں سامان پہنچنے سے پہلے تاجروں سے ملنے اور دھوکہ کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے اور یہ کہ تم میں سے کوئی شخص دوسرے کی بیع پر اپنی بیع نہ کرے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne bazaar mein saman pahunchne se pehle tajiron se milne aur dhoka ki bay se mana farmaya hai aur ye ki tum mein se koi shakhs dusre ki bay par apni bay na kare.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقُ، وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ، وَقَالَ:" لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ".
