Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5307
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the sale of an unborn animal whose mother is pregnant, "while it is still in the womb of its mother."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے حاملہ جانور کے حمل سے پیدا ہونے والے بچے کی ”جو ابھی ماں کے پیٹ میں ہی ہے پیٹ میں ہی“ بیع کر نے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamil janwar ke hal se paida hone wale bache ki jo abhi maan ke pet mein hi hai pet mein hi bay karne se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ".
