Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5323
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man stood up in Masjid-e-Nabawi and asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah! From where do you command us to put on Ihram?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Dhul-Hulaifah is the Miqat for the people of Madinah, Juhfah for the people of Sham, and Qarn al-Manazil for the people of Najd." Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Later people also said that Yalamlam is the Miqat for the people of Yemen, but I do not remember this."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے مسجد نبوی میں کھڑے ہو کر نبی ﷺ سے پوچھا کہ یا رسول اللہ! آپ ہمیں کہاں سے احرام باندھنے کا حکم دیتے ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اہل مدینہ کے لئے ذوالحلیفہ، اہل شام کے لئے جحفہ، اور اہل نجد کے لئے قرن میقات ہے، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ بعد میں لوگوں نے یہ نے یہ بھی کہا کہ اہل یمن کی میقات یلملم ہے لیکن مجھے یہ یاد نہیں۔
Syedna Ibn Umar RA se marvi hai ki aik aadmi ne Masjid Nabvi mein khade ho kar Nabi SAW se poocha ki Ya Rasulullah! Aap hamein kahan se ehram bandhne ka hukum dete hain? Nabi SAW ne farmaya: ”Ahl Madina ke liye Zulhulayfah, ahl Sham ke liye Juhfah, aur ahl Najd ke liye Qarn miqat hai, Syedna Ibn Umar RA farmate hain ki baad mein logon ne ye bhi kaha ki ahl Yemen ki miqat Yalamlam hai lekin mujhe ye yaad nahin.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مِنْ أَيْنَ تَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نُهِلَّ؟ قَالَ:" يُهِلُّ أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ، وَأَهْلُ الشاَمِ مِنَ الْجُحْفَةِ، وَأَهْلُ نَجْدٍ مِنْ قَرْنٍ"، قَالَ: وَيَقُولُونَ: وَأَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ مِنْ يَلَمْلَمَ.
