Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5324
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that once a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah! What animals can we kill after assuming Ihram?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "There is no harm in killing five kinds of animals: scorpion, rat, kite, crow, and rabid dog."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ سے کسی نے سوال پوچھا: یا رسول اللہ! احرام باندھنے کے بعد ہم کون سے جانور قتل کر سکتے ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”پانچ قسم کے جانوروں کو قتل کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے بچھو، چوہے، چیل، کوے اور باؤلے کتے۔
Sayyida Ibn Umar RA se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi SAW se kisi ne sawal pucha: Ya Rasulullah! Ehram bandhne ke baad hum kon se janwar qatal kar sakte hain? Nabi SAW ne farmaya: ”Panch qisam ke janwaron ko qatal karne mein koi harj nahi hai bichhu, chuhe, cheel, kowe aur baule kutte.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: نَادَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: مَا نَقْتُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا؟ قَالَ:" خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ: الحُدَيَّة، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ".
