Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5346
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath by other than Allah..." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) spoke sternly regarding this matter.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو شخص غیر اللہ کی قسم کھاتا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔ نبی ﷺ نے اس کے متعلق سخت بات ارشاد فرمائی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jo shakhs ghair Allah ki qasam khata hai..... Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne uske mutalliq sakht baat irshad farmaee.
حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ حَلَفَ بِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ.." فَقَالَ فِيهِ قَوْلًا شَدِيدًا.
