Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5345
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that Sadaqah al-Fitr should be paid before going out to the Eid prayer ground.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے حکم دیا ہے کہ صدقہ فطر عیدگاہ کی طرف نکلنے سے پہلے ادا کر دیا جائے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hukm diya hai ki Sadqa Fitr Eidgah ki taraf nikalne se pehle ada kar diya jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَمَرَ بِزَكَاةِ الْفِطْرِ أَنْ تُؤَدَّى قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ النَّاسِ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ".
