Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5362

It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that whoever takes an oath and says "Insha'Allah" (if Allah wills), then he has a choice. If he wishes to fulfill his oath, he may do so, and if he wishes to go back on it, he may do so without incurring any sin.

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se maroofan marvi hai ki jo shakhs qasam khate waqt Insha Allah keh le use ikhtiyar hai, agar apni qasam puri karna chahe to kar le aur agar us se rujoo karna chahe to hanth hue baghair rujoo kar le.
