Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5395
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "For a wealthy person to delay payment (of a debt) is a form of oppression. If you are referred to a wealthy person (for repayment of a debt), then follow him up to get your debt from him. And it is not permissible to make two transactions in one."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”مالدار آدمی کا ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے اور جب تمہیں کسی مالدار کے حوالے کر دیا جائے تو اس کے پیچھے لگ کر اپنا قرض اس سے وصول کرو اور ایک معاملے میں دو بیع کرنا صیحح نہیں ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Maldaar aadmi ka taal matol karna zulm hai aur jab tumhein kisi maldar ke hawale kar diya jaye to uske peechhe lag kar apna qarz us se wasool karo aur ek mamle mein do bai karna sahih nahi hai."
حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ، وَإِذَا أُحِلْتَ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَاتْبَعْهُ، وَلَا بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي وَاحِدَةٍ".
