Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5396
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Do not leave fire burning in your homes when you go to sleep, for it is an enemy.”
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جب تم سونے لگو تو اپنے گھروں میں آگ کو جلتا ہوا نہ چھوڑا کرو کیونکہ وہ دشمن ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Jab tum sone lago to apne gharon mein aag ko jalta hua na chhoda karo kyunki woh dushman hai."
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا تَبِيتَنَّ النَّارُ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ، فَإِنَّهَا عَدُوٌّ".
